If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your estimate, your scheduled work, or a question about your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the phone number or email address below. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.

We do not sell or share your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share only what is necessary to do the work, and only with:

Our installation crews, who receive your address, scope of work and scheduling details
Our material suppliers, where a delivery is made to your address
Service providers who run our customer records, invoicing, scheduling and payment processing on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of the information
Government or legal authorities, where we are required by law

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep project and payment records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, generally seven years. If you asked for an estimate and did not hire us, we keep that inquiry for up to two years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
